In mayonnaise and sauces egg yolk is the ingredient that provides both stability and good taste to the product. In ice cream egg yolk also provides good organoliptic properties.

Production process egg yolk

Fresh henn eggs are broken on advanced machines and separated into egg yolk and egg white. Processes are in place to avoid bacteriol infection of the egg's contents. If requested, ingredients can be added to the egg yolk.

Whole egg
Applications whole egg

Liquid whole egg is an essential ingredient in many bakery products. It can also be used in sauces.

In addition liquid whole egg is a key ingedrient in the typical Dutch liquor 'Advocaat'.

Production process whole egg

Fresh chicken eggs are broken on special machines. Bacterial infection of the egg contents is avoided as much as possible. If requested ingredients can be added to the whole egg.

Supply chain

The Gebr. Van Beek Group - Bouwhuis Enthoven -  employs a unique approach to raw material sourcing, which means that only raw materials meeting the highest quality specifications are used.

The Gebr. Van Beek Group collaborate intensively with over 180 independent poultry farmers throughout The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. This provides a total that exceeds 7 million laying hens. These contracted companies supply fresh laid eggs on a daily basis.

By means of our unique co-cooperation complete traceability is ensured. We know the exact origin and production details of each batch of fresh eggs. This means that at any time we can provide you with detailed information and the food security you require.
