Bouwhuis Enthoven delivers safe egg products. That is second nature to us. With the lay-out of our processes, we prevent infections. Our pasteurization processes are validated and thus effective. In addition, our staff is continuously trained in food safety. 


Finally, the safety of our products and processes are regularly checked by independent third parties, including for the benefit of our HACCP and BRC certification.

Our core elements for safe egg products are:

  • quality systems that are independently judged
  • check of each batch on microbiological parameters
  • intensive research on residues, such as environmental contaminants, veterinary drugs, pesticides and herbicides
  • process checks to prevent foreign parts
