Les œufs durs écalés sont produits à partir d’œufs les plus frais possibles, provenant de fermes voisines de notre usine, et avec traçabilité jusqu’à la ferme, au fourrage et a la race. Des compositions sur mesure et un choix d’emballages varié rendront le produit adapté aux besoins des producteurs de salades aux œufs et autres plats préparés.
