Heat stable egg yolk powder

Heat stable egg yolk powder is produced from the freshest eggs possible, coming from farms in the neighbourhood of our factory, and traceable to farm, feed and breed. Then carefully processed and dried to guarantee the microbiological safety while keeping the best functionality. The product is treated to improve the emulsifying characteristics, and to produce heat-resistant mayonnaise. Different varieties in composition are available. Heat stable egg yolk powder is the long shelf life, ambient alternative for heat stable egg yolk with salt in products like mayonnaise, sauces but also in ready mixes for the food industry.
