Heat stable liquid egg yolk with salt is produced from the freshest eggs possible, coming from farms in the neighbourhood of our factory, and traceable to farm, feed and breed. Then carefully processed to guarantee the microbiological safety while keeping the best functionality, and with a composition which is entirely designed to your wishes, like a specific solid and salt content. The product is treated to improve the emulsifying characteristics, and to produce a thicker, creamier, heat-resistant mayonnaise. This makes our heat stable egg yolk the best choice for mayonnaise, sauces like hollandaise sauce, or products for baking or cooking.
